APIC is looking forward to seeing you in Indianapolis in 2022! We value your partnership and continued support. With the still pending post pandemic situation APIC is waiving the 1-night room and tax deposit for 2022 for exhibitors. Your rooming list/names is due March 31, 2022, with a credit card for guarantee only. Your credit card will be forwarded to the hotel along with your rooming list on May 19, at which time the hotel may choose to charge a 1-night deposit. This policy will be reevaluated for 2023.
