NEW: Vaccination Requirement
APIC will require all participants attending APIC's 2022 Annual Conference in Indianapolis to be "up to date" as per CDC guidelines on their vaccination. Attendees will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to obtaining their conference badge on-site.
The CDC defines "up to date" as a person who has received all recommended doses in their primary series COVID-19 vaccine, and a booster dose when eligible.
CDC Approved or Authorized Vaccines
- A 2-dose series of an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or
- A single-dose COVID-19 vaccine (Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine)
PLUS
- A single-dose COVID-19 booster (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna or Johnson & Johnson)
APIC will accept CDC accepted vaccines for international participants. A full list of those vaccines can be found here.
Every participant, all APIC staff, speakers, exhibitors, vendors, and guests will be required to upload proof of vaccination before being allowed entrance into the Indiana Convention Center.
Vaccination credentialing will be managed by InHouse Physicians both leading up to and during APIC 2022. A secure vaccination verification portal is available to upload and verify each participant's vaccination status before the event.
Physical vaccination cards that show full vaccination no later than May 25, 2022, will also be accepted. If you choose to go this route, please show your card to the InHouse Physicians team onsite prior to entering APIC 2022 Registration.
