Exhibitor Registration
We look forward to you exhibiting with us at the 2023 ANCC National Magnet Conference® and Pathway to Excellence Conference®, October 12-14 in Chicago. Please read the information below for very important details about your exhibit and registration.
Exhibitor Console:
- The Primary contact, as defined by you when booking your space with the sales team, will receive an email from mci-us-bwi-a2z-ana-sug@mci-group.com, subject line 2023 ANCC National Conference - Booth Confirmation with a link and password to your Exhibitor Console. The Exhibitor Console is your source for information regarding your exhibition at the conference such as the exhibitor kit, housing, etc.
- Due to system limitations, only one person from your organization can receive the link to the Exhibitor Console. To ensure this information is received by the correct individual, please contact your sales team member and advise them of the one person within your organization you would like listed as your Primary Contact.
Registration Process:
- Your Primary contact, as determined above, will receive an email from ancc@mcievents.com with a unique link for access to the Booth Staff registration form.
- Using the link, enter the details for each badge.
- Once the entered data is saved, an automatic email will be sent to all individuals entered to have them finalize their registration. Each booth staff member must finalize their registration and accept our policies to access the conference.
Additional Details:
- Anyone wishing to enter the conference, in any capacity, must have a badge.
- Each exhibiting company receives four complimentary booth staff badges per 10'x10' space.
- Badge Types:
- Booth Staff / Exhibitor Badges - allows access to the exhibit hall during posted install and dismantle hours, during all open exhibit hall hours and lunch. This badge type does not allow access to any sessions or the Welcome Party.
- Full Conference Exhibitor - includes access to general sessions, education sessions, lunch, and one ticket to the Welcome Party.
