As you know, the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. We will be closely monitoring requirements in the city of Denver and will update our protocols accordingly. Your health and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to the AVMA.

CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your registration at any time via the instructions in your registration confirmation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, June 16, 2023 no later than 5:00 pm CT and will incur a $75 fee. No refunds will be issued if postmarked after Friday, June 16, 2023. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to avma@mcievents.com.

BEWARE OF FALSE AND FRAUDULENT HOUSING CLAIMS:
AVMA has designated MCI USA as the only housing provider for AVMA's Annual Convention. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of AVMA and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than MCI USA or AVMA, please let us know at avma@mcievents.com.
