Welcome to the ADCES post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit System.

To log in to the post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit system please enter your Badge ID# or your Last Name and Email Address or your Last Name and ADCES Member ID#.

The CE Evaluation Site will close at 11:59 CT on December 19, 2022. All pharmacists that attended the live conference must complete their evaluations by 11:59 PM CT on Monday October 3, 2022.

On-Demand sessions are only available for viewing until Monday, October 24, 2022.
