Evaluation and Statement of Credit System

Welcome to the ADCES post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit System.

To log in to the post-show Evaluation and Statement of Credit system please enter your Badge ID# or your Last Name and Email Address or your Last Name and ADCES Member ID#.

The CEU Evaluation site will close at 11:59 PM CT on Friday, December 3, 2021.

Please Note: You do not receive credit for Education Theaters. If you do not know your ADCES Member ID#, please contact ADCES at (800) 338-3633 or email membership@adces.org. For questions specific to the CE process or values, please contact ADCES at CEapplication@adces.org.

 

PHARMACISTS - All 'live' sessions that you attended must be evaluated by 11:59 PM CT on Monday, October 4th to receive live (-L UAN#) credit. Beginning 12AM CT on Tuesday, October 5th, the system will begin recognizing sessions as 'home' (-H UAN#) credit.
