Attendee Reservations

Housing for AFCA's Annual Convention & Exposition is now closed.

If you booked your reservation at one of AFCA 's official hotels and need to make a modification or cancellation, contact the hotel directly and ask to speak with in-house or group reservations. Please allow the hotels AT LEAST 72 business hours before contacting them to ensure all new reservations, cancels, etc. are completed. If you need to make reservations, feel free to contact one of the official hotels directly. When contacting the hotels, make sure to advise you are attending AFCA's Annual Convention & Exposition .
